Use the Recent Activity link to view the last couple of actions/tasks you have performed in the portal. You can directly go to the order or trouble ticket by clicking on the applicable link in the Recent Activity window.

A Quick Link appears for each task to which you are entitled. Click the link for quick access to the tool that enables you to perform that task. Click the Customize link to choose the tasks you want displayed in the Quick Links section.

Search for service records using a billing account number, telephone number, or circuit ID. You can also create an order or a technical enquiry from the Search/Create window.

Use this link to submit an account inquiry, schedule a conference call, and access the Download Center.

Get various forms of support from this link such as Live Chat, FAQs, training, and resources. You can access the Access Request application to request for permissions to view and use an application in Verizon Enterprise Center. You can also send your feedback on your experience in using the portal.

Manage your group permissions and your own Verizon Enterprise Center profile where you can change your password, contact information, notification, language, and time zone preferences. You can set your billing and reporting structures from here. You can also go to the Access Request page and view your current access settings from here.

The Home page provides links to Accounts & Maintenance, Orders, Invoices, Repairs, Network Tools, and IT Solutions.

Home also enables you to access the Dashboard, which provides a graphical representation of network alarms and tickets.
